What is best to do with a flat tyre?
Driving on with a flat tyre is not safe and can make the damage worse. Taking your vehicle to a tyre centre is often the most economical solution. This is cheaper and more efficient than an extensive intervention on the spot.
Do you help with a flat battery and/or starting problems?
A vehicle that won’t start can often be helped on its way with a booster. Where it is safe and technically possible, we first try this intervention before we take the vehicle to the garage.
I have filled up with the wrong fuel.
Nothing is as bad as having filled up your vehicle and realising that you have put in the wrong fuel. Depending on the situation, I call in a technician to solve the problem or I take your vehicle to a garage.
My vehicle was parked illegally and has been towed by the city or police.
With an administrative tow by police or city, unfortunately we cannot do much. This situation follows a different procedure from a breakdown intervention. First check which service did the towing and where the vehicle is.
